Fucillo has been appointed as general counsel for the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. Fucillo is a Fairmont native and now resides in Clarksburg. He is married to Andrea Fucillo and has two stepsons, William Pecora and Julian Pecora all of Clarksburg. He is the son of Mr. And Mrs. Antonio Fucillo of Fairmont. Fucillo previously served as assistant attorney general representing the DHHR for more than six years. He is a 1987 graduate of West Virginia College of Law and received his master's in law in trial advocacy from Temple Law School in 1996. He received his bachelor's degree in 1984 from Fairmont State University. – 30 – |
