TANF State Plan open for public comment

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Bureau for Children and Families State TANF plan for the WV WORKS program is currently posted on the internet.

The plan will be posted for 45 days for public comment and can be accessed at www.wvdhhr.org/bcf or www.wvdhhr.org/ofs . The comment period runs from Oct. 25 to Dec. 9 and comments may be submitted via e-mail from the site or be mailed to Fred Boothe. Comments that are mailed must be postmarked no later than Dec.9.
