Molly Jordan joins DHHR as inspector general

Molly Jordan has joined the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources as inspector general. The inspector general investigates agency or program-related charges of fraud, abuse or misconduct. In addition, the inspector general seeks to ensure the integrity of DHHR functions and to provide for nondiscriminatory delivery of benefits and services to qualified state residents.

A native of Charleston, Jordan has most recently served as regional director of staffing services for Genesis ElderCare. She is a registered nurse and has worked widely in quality assurance monitoring. She has an extensive background in health care administration and also has experience in law enforcement.
