The first step is to call directly. An application will be taken over the phone and a decision made within approximately 1 week.

 

Applications are accepted directly from a patient, however involvement from the medical facility is preferred. The Commission makes direct payment to the provider of the service through the West Virginia Medicaid program. 

• Past due medical bills are not considered for payment. 
• ALL services MUST be pre-authorized through the Director.
