Big News For Child Care Providers! As of August 1, 2008 the monthly rate will go into effect when a child is in care at least 13 days. Before this change, the monthly rate was paid once a child was in care 15 days. This new policy will align better with current market practices of many providers who charge by the week regardless of attendance. It will also make it easier for families needing part-time care to access care.
