FACTS PLUS For Providers

Are you a Registered Child Care Provider? Do you have a personal e-mail account and access to a computer? Would you like to be able to view your Payments and Service Clients conveniently from the privacy of your home? FACTS PLUS allows you to do all of this.

In addition to these benefits, obtaining a FACTS PLUS account is necessary due to provider checks being direct deposited effective January 2007. FACTS PLUS will be the ONLY way that child care providers can view their payment details, because a check stub will no longer be mailed to you.

FACTS PLUS is a secure web-based application where Registered Providers can access information about their services provided using the Statewide FACTS System. This service is provided by West Virginia Department of Health Human Services, Bureau of Children and Families, and Children and Families Tracking System (FACTS).

What do you need to do to become a FACTS PLUS User? First, you will need to have a personal e-mail account, and access to a computer. Second, you must complete and sign a FACTS PLUS Application, and a Confidentiality Statement, which you can get online at https://www.wvfacts.org/factsplusnet/user/RqstUsrAct.aspx. Once you complete these forms and mail them to the address on the application, you will be contacted via e-mail with your FACTS PLUS user account information. It’s that simple!
