Board Members
Article 27, chapter 3D, Section1 of the West Virginia Code
is the authoritiy for the State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists.
The Board consists of five members appointed by the Governor,
with the advice and consent of the Senate. An employee and
employer barber, an employee and employer cosmetologist and
a lay member or consumer representative. The terms of office
are for four years with one expiring June 20th of each year,
