Good afternoon.  It is a pleasure to be with you today.  I welcome this meeting and opportunity to see and talk to many of you.

The theme of this Professional Development Forum is “Bureau for Public Health Redesign. ”
Over the past  couple of years, we have been deeply involved in reorganizing the Bureau for Public Health.  I want to share with you today, our reorganization plan.
