EXAMPLE: INVITATION TO IMPORTANT COMMUNITY LEADERS

Dear Colleague,

As you may be aware, the faculty and staff of (Your School Name) will be presenting a special teen education program on (Date and Time). Some of the topics that will be discussed that day include: teen suicide, teen pregnancy, eating disorders, self-esteem, sexually-transmitted disease, communication skills, and several more.
