1. Introduce the activity by telling the group that the discussion is about good communication skills which are important in any relationship.
2. Ask them to think about the following:
3.On newsprint, make a list of the "bridges" and "barriers" to communication. Use the following page as a transparency to display a number of ideas that may be overlooked.
