11/29/2011 – Inclement Weather Policy - WV Birth to Three scheduled trainings will be canceled when the school system in the county in which the training is to be held is closed due to inclement weather. A two-hour delay will not delay or cancel scheduled trainings. For two-day trainings, the following policy applies: If WV Birth to Three must cancel the first day, the second day will also be canceled. If the second day must be canceled, participants will be notified of the next available training date and will be given first priority in registration. You may find out about school closings through the local media, or by visiting the WV Department of Education website at http://wvde.state.wv.us/closings/county/all.
