The public is hereby notified that the Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health, WV Birth to Three is posting the draft application for FY 2008 funds under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for public review. The application is available for review at any WV Birth to Three Regional Administrative Unit (RAU), the WV Developmental Disabilities Council, the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office, or online at www.wvdhhr.org/birth23 from March 5, 2008 through May 5, 2008. Persons wanting to submit written comments on the State’s application for FY2008 funds under Part C of IDEA, may do so by email to wvbtt@wvdhhr.org or by mail to: Pam Roush, Director, WV Birth to Three, 350 Capitol Street, Room 427, Charleston, WV 25301. Comments should be sent prior to April 15, 2008.
