IMPORTANT:
The information provided during these calls will be the same content as the Eligibility Informing Sessions presented in March of 2009. If you attended a face to face session, you may join a call, but will not be issued additional contact hours for the call.WV Birth to Three is pleased to announce scheduled conference calls on the revised "WV Birth to Three Eligibility Policy". The calls will be facilitated by WV Birth to Three State staff and will provide information that will be helpful for the implementation of the revised Eligibility Policy which will go into effect on May 1, 2009. Questions will be taken at the end of the call as time allows.
- Through participation on the call individuals should increase their knowledge of:
- The revised WV Birth to Three Eligibility Policy
- Reasons for the revision of the policy; summary of public comment; and timelines for implementation
- Resource materials to support the implementation of the revised eligibility policy
Strategies for supporting families, providers and community referral sources through the transition to the revised policy
There is no pre-registration for the conference call. The conference call should last approximately two (2) hours. WV Birth to Three will be issuing three (3) contact hours for this call. Roll call will be taken at the beginning and end of the call in order to verify participation. Participants who call in after roll call has been taken will be able to listen in on the call but will not receive credit for contact hours.
