Take Weston Exit 99.
Take Rt#33 East get off at the Elkins (approx. 50.8 miles) until you get to Seneca Rocks (approx. 47.5)
Turn left on Rt55 & Rt28 to Petersburg (approx. 23 miles) onto Rt#55 towards Moorefield (approx. 13).
Turn left on Bean's Lane.
DHHR office (approx. 36 miles from Seneca Rocks) is on the left and is yellow metal colored building.

Turn right on US-50 East towards Bridgeport.
Turn right on WV-42.

Turn right on Spring Avenue.
Arrive at 411 Spring Avenue.
PARKING: Free on-site parking in front and behind the building.
