From Shepherdstown:
Route 45 West to Martinsburg. Turn left onto N Queen Street. Two blocks past King Street, turn right onto W Stephen Street. Go straight through four-way stop sign. Building is last brick building on the right. There are parking lots on both sides of the building.
From Hagerstown:
I-81 South to exit 12. Turn left off exit onto Route 45. Bear right onto South Queen Street. At stop sign turn left. At West Stephen Street traffic light turn left. Go straight through four-way stop sign. Building is last brick building on the right. There are parking lots on both sides of the building.
From Charles Town:
Take Route 9 to Queen Street. Turn left onto South Queen Street. At West Stephen Street traffic light turn left. Go straight through four-way stop sign. Building is last brick building on the right. There are parking lots on both sides of the building.
From Winchester:
I-81 North to exit 12. Turn right off exit onto Route 45. Bear right onto South Queen Street. At stop sign turn left. At West Stephen Street traffic light turn left. Go straight through four-way stop sign. Building is last brick building on the right. There are parking lots on both sides of the building.
PARKING: County parking spaces are available on Stephen St., approximately 2
block from the County Commission Office.

From Route 340 follow back towards Charles Town
Take Route 9 West towards Martinsburg
Follow Route 9 to Interstate 81
Take I-81 North to Exit 14 (Dry Run Road)
Make a Right off of exit ramp
Take an immediate right onto Tennessee Ave
Turn Left onto Hospital Drive
Make an immediate Right into Dorothy McCormack Parking Lot
Go to the End of the parking Lot

Traveling from Hagerstown, MD: Follow I81
south, exit at Tabler Station
Road, Exit 8, turn left off the exit ramp and follow Tabler Station Road.
Turn left at stop sign, you will now be traveling on RT 11 S. The building
is on the right hand side, approximately 1 mile down RT 11.
Traveling from Winchester, VA: Follow I 81
north, exit at Tabler Station
Road, follow the same directions as above.
