For this map to print properly make sure that your "Page Setup" Dialog looks like this.
To get to this dialog, goto File | Page Setup...
Remove all the text from the "Header" Box
Remove all the text from the "Footer" Box
Make Sure The "Landscape" Button is selected
Set all margins to 0.25 these include "Left", "Right", "Top", "Bottom"
Select Ok
You may now Print from the File | Print... Menu
