Eligibility Criteria
The MR/DD Waiver Program has two eligibility criteria for applicants and participants.
  • Financial eligibility is determined by the county DHHR office in the county of the participant's residence.
  • Program eligibility is determined by the Office of Behavioral Health Services and the Bureau for Medical Services based on medical, psychological and social evaluations.
