This committee has been established to explore and/or develop the possible implentation
of a self directed option as a component of the Title XIX MR/DDD Waiver Program. To allow
for increased stakeholder input, this committee will post information related to its
recommendations and program development on this site. All stakeholders are promoted
to use the contact link to e-mail questions, comments or provide positive input to the
committee in addressing the issues involved with a self directed program.
