Charles Dunn is the Senior Assistant Attorney General for BHHF. He is responsible for

• Legal and Risk Management advice to the Bureau Commissioner, staff and state hospitals.
• Representing the Bureau and state hospitals before state and federal courts and administrative bodies.
• Advice on compliance with HIPAA, Involuntary Commitment and Forensics matters.
• Advice on dealing with the Hartley, Medley, and  Olmstead  decisions and working with the Behavioral Health Ombudsman.
