The draft FY 09 Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) application is available for review and comment. This grant is funded by the Center for Mental Health Services and is intended to help states more effectively serve people experiencing homelessness who have a serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorder. Specific suggestions and comments will be reviewed and, when applicable, incorporated by the State PATH Contact into the final application through the close of business (5 PM) on Tuesday, May 26, 2009.
