mental health, clergy, military, corrections, and education professionals. |

| WVCCRT membership offers a standard of care in the provision of crisis response through membership selection,
training, and operational procedures. |

| Team members may become Trained Crisis Responders and offer both pre-incident education to mitigate the
psychological impact of disaster and offer support and services to management, command staff, first responders, and survivors following a
critical incident or natural disaster. The West Virginia Community Crisis Response Team has been designed for anyone experienced in the
fields of crisis intervention, mental health, emergency services, disaster emergency management, law enforcement, emergency medical
services, corrections, education, public or private industry, or public health. |
