The 24-Hour
Automated Telephone Information System will help you:
- Allows
you to request your temporary PIN number and have your PIN
reset;
- Find
out whether support payments have been processed;
- Get
general information about Child Support Services;
- Find
out information about: locate services; paternity establishment,
support establishment, enforcement and collection and distribution
of support payments;
- Get
the telephone number of your local child support office.
This
information is available to you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week,
even on holidays.

To
find out specific payment information on your case,
you will need to provide the following:
- Your
Social Security Number, and
- Your
Personal Identification Number (PIN)

PIN Number is a special number assigned only to you
to protect the confidentiality of your case. You have
been assigned a temporary PIN. You should have received
this in the mail. |

or lose your PIN number? |
| Call
1-800-249-3778 and select option number one
(1) from the main menu to access payment informatioin.
From there you will receive prompts that will
allow you to request your temporary PIN be mailed
to you so that can establish you own confidential
PIN number. |

To
Receive Payment Information

Calling
the first time:
The
first time you use your assigned temporary PIN you
must choose a four (4) digit PIN. You may want to
select a PIN that you can remember without having
to write it down. You cannot use your temporary PIN
as your permanent PIN.
Please
note the PIN you establish on the automated telephone
system must be the same PIN you use on the BCSE website
at www.wvdhhr.org/bcse.
The PIN can be set on either system and needs to be
set only once. If you choose to lock your account
on the website, payment information will not be available
to you on the automated telephone system.
- Press
1 from the Main Menu.
- Follow
the recorded instructions.
- Enter
your Social Security Number. The system will verify
your PIN.
- Enter
your temporary PIN number. The system will verify
your PIN.
- You
will be asked to choose a new PIN number. Enter
the number you want as your PIN.

after your New PIN Number is established:
- Press
1 from the Main Menu.
- Follow
the recorded instructions.
- Enter
your Social Security Number. The system will verify
your number.
- Enter
your PIN number (the number you chose as your PIN.)
The system will verify your PIN.

do not have a touch-tone telephone, you may call toll-free
1-800-249-3778 weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and
5:00 p.m. One of our Customer Service Representatives will
assist you.
