The 24-Hour Automated Telephone
Information System will help you:
- Allows
you to request your temporary PIN number and have your PIN
reset;
- Find
out whether support payments have been processed;
- Get
general information about Child Support Services;
- Find
out information about: locate services; paternity establishment,
support establishment, enforcement and collection and distribution
of support payments;
- Get
the telephone number of your local child support office.
This
information is available to you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week,
even on holidays.
Automated
information concerning child support services and child support
payments is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling
800-249-3778. Customer service representatives are available
to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Payment information is also available on the BCSE website
at www.wvdhhr.org/bcse
Whether you access the automated telephone system
or the BCSE website to find out specific information about your
case, you will need to provide your social security number and
your personal identification number (PIN). The PIN you select
must be a four digit number and must be the same for both the
automated telephone system and the website. The PIN can be set
on either system and needs to be set only once. Please note
that if you choose to lock your account on the website, payment
information will not be available to you on the telephone system.

If
you do not enter your personal information (name, phone, e-mail,
etc.) when completing our online form, your correspondence
will be anonymous. However, without this information, we will
be unable to provide a response to your questions or comments.
