Can a person be eligible if they have income?

They may be eligible to receive Homeless Services if they have income, however, when there is income, a portion must be applied to cover the cost of services and a portion must be placed in a savings program. Funds placed in a savings program are to be used to enable the individual to attain the goal of self-sufficiency by having funds available to pay rent, utility and security deposits, etc.
