The rates paid by the Department of Health and Human Resources vary depending on the type of facility and the unique circumstances of the adult being placed. The range of payment rates for the various settings are:
Adult Emergency Shelter Care Home .........$84.00/month/bed Stipend + $19.92/day/adult placed
Adult Family Care Home ............................$536.00 - 706.00/month/adult placed
Residential Board and Care Home ..............$536.00 - 706.00/month/adult placed
Personal Care Home ....................................$652.00 - 752.00/month/adult placed
