Employer Incentive Program
This is a hire first program with a public or private sector businesses licensed to do business in West Virginia. These contracts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week not to exceed 40 hours per week. The minimum number of hours for each contract is 400 and may not exceed 600. The clients will be hired by an employer and receive no less than the minimum wage per hour. The employer will be reimbursed 50% of the salary indicated in the contract by the Department of Health and Human Resources.
