Report on Title XX Expenditures

This document is a report on the intended use of the federal funds available to the State of West Virginia through the Title XX Social Services Block Grant Program. It is being filed with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services and being made available to the public as required by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981. This report includes a review of the public comment process, a budget summary, and a service catalog. The service catalog describes the services to be supported with these funds, the activities comprising each service, who may receive each service, and the estimated expenditure of Title XX Block Grant funds for each service.
