State Plans


Child Care

This Plan describes the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Program to be conducted by the State for the period 10/1/03 - 9/30/05. As provided for in the applicable statutes and regulations, the Lead Agency has the flexibility to modify this program at any time, including changing the options selected or described herein.

TITLE IV-E

As a condition of the receipt of Federal funds under Title IV-E of the Social Security Act, the WV Department of Health & Human Resources, Bureau for Children and Families submits herewith a State plan for the program to provide, in appropriate cases, foster care and adoption assistance under Title IV-E of the Act and hereby agrees to administer the program in accordance with the provisions of this State plan, Title IV-E of the Act, and all applicable Federal regulations and other official issuances of the Department.

WV WORKS (TANF)

This state plan was developed in accordance with section 402 of the Social Security Act, as amended by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-193).
