This Plan describes the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Program to be conducted by the State for the period 10/1/03 thru 9/30/05. As provided for in the applicable statutes and regulations, the Lead Agency has the flexibility to modify this program at any time, including changing the options selected or described herein.

This state plan was developed in accordance with section 402 of the Social Security Act, as amended by the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (Public Law 104-193).
