This Plan describes the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Program to be conducted by the State for the period 10/1/03 thru 9/30/05. As provided for in the applicable statutes and regulations, the Lead Agency has the flexibility to modify this program at any time, including changing the options selected or described herein.
