The Bureau for Children and Families Customer Service Center is here to ensure prompt, accurate reporting services for changes to your Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and/or Medicaid benefits. The Customer Service Reporting Center provides customer service by phone, e-mail, fax, US Postal Service, and inROADS.
