The WVDHHR has just released an RFQ for an evaluator to assist in the adaptation/development of a statewide prevention programs evaluation. A copy of the RFQ can be found on the state's purchasing website.
TEAM for WV Children has been awarded a grant to adapt and develop a mandated reporter training. Four Train-the-Trainer workshops will be held across West Virginia sometime this Spring. We are excited to promote a standardized mandated reporter training for WV's mandated reporters. This training will review the mandated reporting laws as well as how mandated reporters can support families through the use of the Protective Factors. Keep checking back for training opportunities.
