Reporting Guidelines for Collaboratives
2012 Quarterly Report Format (revised 2/2012)
Collaborative Quarterly Report Due Dates:
- 1st quarter April 6, 2012 (covers Jan, Feb, Mar)
- 2nd quarter July 6, 2012 (covers Apr, May, Jun)
- 3rd quarter October 5, 2012 (covers Jul, Aug, Sep)
- 4th quarter January 5th, 2013 (covers Oct, Nov, Dec)
Reports should be sent electronically to Tina Faber with the heading "RCD Quarterly Report" This should be sent by the Collaborative chair or secretary for easier tracking.
