The great thing about assets is they’re EASY! They’re not a new program or a new philosophy. Asset building is about relationships and anybody can do it. You can make a difference and help a young person succeed.

You CAN make a difference. If you can say “hi” or wave, you can start building assets for kids today!

  2. Ask them about themselves.

  3. Be yourself.

  4. Cheer their accomplishments.

  5. Go places together.

  6. Introduce them to new experiences.

  7. Expect their best; don’t expect
    perfection.

  10. Suggest better behaviors when they act out.
