Note: All meetings begin at 9:00 A.M. 

The Board meets in regular session on the second Monday of alternate months, beginning in January, and convenes all regular meetings at nine a.m., in the offices of the Board at 101 Dee Drive, Charleston, West Virginia.  All meetings of the Board are open to the public.  The Board prepares written minutes of all of its meetings, and all public minutes are available upon written request to the Board’s Offices at a charge of 75 cents per page.
